Releases and us needing more help

Yazawa, trying to befriend people to help us out.

This week we got:

Ganbare Genki Volume 02 Chapter 22
The Academy of Ninjas Volume 04 Chapter 22

Now then, moving onto the important stuff, we need help. Lots of it. We need mostly raw providers(as in, willing to go and buy us tanks and scan them), redrawers, magazine cleaners, typesetters and translators to help finish some of our series. If you are at all interested, please respond by posting a comment, or by emailing us. We will take all skill levels, we are willing to help and teach you if we have to. Anyways, we'll see you all next week, hopefully with more manga.

  7. Hello Iam trying to learn japanease. you guys know any good software?

  8. Software is the worst way to learn Japanese. My suggestion is get yourself a Jap-English dictionary, bookmark a website to help you with kanji like Jisho, and a bunch of untranslated manga.

Start by memorizing hiragana and katakana. From there, open up some untranslated manga. Along with Jisho and the dictionary, you can start learning sentence structure.

This is only if you have no other way of learning be it lack of funding or time. Taking a class is actually the best way to get started. There are some basic workbooks available to use for entry-level vocab and sentence structure that could help as well. Check out your local bookstores.

  10. Not particularly, I didn't learn that way. There are some half-decent tutorials available on youtube probably.

  11. You still looking for help? I've been lurking on irc to no avail :/. I've done cleaning, redrawing, editing and done basic typesetting before. I don't have any real work to show for it, but I'm up for a test if need be..I'm currently only interested in Hanza Sky but if anything else is interesting I'll give it a go as well.

  15. @Kaiji-kun
Hang in there, the boss man hasn't had a chance to look at your stuff yet. But I'd say the outlook is good. A typesetter who loves Kaiji is just what we need at the moment.
