Kaiji Part 3 Chapter 28

Maeda is always watching you.  Always.
Oh hey look another Kaiji chapter without having to wait a month for it.  We're caught up with Momo's translations now though so the pace will slow down.

Oh yeah and I think this is the end of the volume or something, we'll work on getting the batch uploaded... sometime.
